Velvety soft surfaces with flocking
We flock the surfaces of plastic parts at our production site in the Czech Republic on an area of 4,000 sqm. This provides a velvety soft feel and a decorative appearance. We have made a name for ourselves with electrostatic flocking, especially as a partner of the automotive industry.

Paintwork
We provide decorative surfaces for your products at our inhouse paint shop. From solid varnishes to metallic varnishes and soft-touch varnishes, there are virtually no limits. Whether samples, small or large series, paintwork is possible on almost all components and substrates. Depending on the specific application, component size and quantity, the components are painted in our fully automatic painting line, via our flatbed system or by hand. In addition, we have many years of experience with pre-treatment methods and our own plasma activation system.

Pad printing
We can print your products for individual design. For this purpose, corresponding pad printing machines in single and multi-colour printing are available.

Powder coating
In cooperation with long-standing partners, we can coat your products with decorative, protective and durable powder coatings.
