Realtime Quality Manufacturing (RQM) offers a wide range of functions and solutions for all quality management tasks and requirements.
3D measuring device
To support the CAQ software RQM and for continuous quality control we have various 3D measuring equipment. We can perform both tactile as well as optical 3D measurement of the components. This ensures the greatest degree of flexibility and efficiency for all measuring tasks.
Colorimeter
We employ colorimeters for quality assurance purposes to measure samples anytime and anywhere. This enables us to perform process-accompanying measurements during production and to quickly respond to any deviations.
